What a remarkable journey it has been! Clearly, we couldn’t have achieved this 20-year milestone without YOU - our valued customers, friends and neighbors in Columbia County, and the wonderful town of Hudson - and we remain eternally grateful. On behalf of the entire Swoon family (past and present), we want to thank you for all the love, encouragement, and support - since 2004.

We’ve especially enjoyed crafting – for the past eight months - our 4-course prix fixe monthly menus celebrating the freshest ingredients the Hudson Valley has to offer. These menus have challenged our back-of-house team to be even MORE creative than usual, and all the hard work that went into their development each month has proven to be quite popular with our guests. To commemorate this, we’ve posted below all eight menus spanning Ramps in April to Squash in November! (What was your favorite?
