What a remarkable journey it has been! Clearly, we couldn’t have done it without YOU - our valued customers, friends and neighbors in Columbia County, and the wonderful town of Hudson - and we remain eternally grateful. On behalf of the entire Swoon family (past and present), we want to thank you for all the love, encouragement, and support - since 2004.

Swoon Celebrates! Monthly Food Series
Swoon’s culinary philosophy has always been about celebrating the freshest, highest quality food the beautiful Hudson Valley has to offer.
Our Swoon Celebrates! Monthly Food Series will spotlight a seasonal ingredient at its peak of ripeness and flavor. From April through November, the restaurant will offer a $59 4-course prix fixe menu (in addition to the regular menu) that artfully and creatively utilizes the "star" ingredient from appetizer through dessert. The Food Series menus will be available the last two weeks of every month.
Kicking off the series was a focus on ramps in April and asparagus in May. Please join us for subsequent tasting menu - from November 20-December 1, Squash!
